There are 3 ways to do this: 1) build for i386 + src, upload and let the amd64 buildd do the rest 2) build for amd64 + src, upload, build for just i386, upload without source 3) build amd64 + src, build i386, dpkg-mergechanges, upload I've filed a bug against P-A-S so hopefully that will be fixed soon.
