Dear Maintainer(s), libpcap0.8-dev sets "Libs.private: -ldbus-1" in its pkg-config file, but it does not have a dependency on libdbus-1-dev, causing a build failure in reverse dependencies that use pkg-config --static (or macro variations thereof). Please consider adding this dependency, so that everything works out of the box. Found while rebuilding src:openvswitch.
