Not sure if this is related, but since a while I've noted even bigger than the usual performance problems of firefox...
Crackling sound is something I've heard for a month now... but since about FF93 came out CPU utilisation seems to be much higher. I just load simple webpages and may CPU goes up to 70-80°C. Anyone else seen this, too?
