Open the source: Font for Debian logo?

Dear list,

recently I was to design a Debian banner.
To do it from scratch (and with free tools), I tried out 
all the dozens of fonts I own to find the right one for
the Debian logo as to be seen here:

http://www.debian.org/Pics/debian.png

None of the official Debian fonts matches. 

Any clue?
