The page is obsolete, since a month ago that code is already in unstable. It's qemu-user only, though, so you can use it to build and run stuff but not to debug bootloaders, the kernel or such. -- Gnome 3, Windows 8, Slashdot Beta, now Firefox Ribbon^WAustralis.
