These packages will briefly appear in status pages. Don't work on them. This is a result of some cleaning I did in the scripts that handle l10n material. Indeed for both packages, the l10n material they have is not used. There are bug reports against both packages about this.
I just sent a patch in both bug reports. Packages will be ignored again as of tomorrow. --
