Hi, one of our packages (htsjdk) introduced scalatest dependency with graddle build file to make their tests.
Anyone working on packaging it (did not find it in Debian) ? Or having an easy way to patch the build file to use *regular* graddle testing (I never used graddle) instead of scaltest. upstream makes use of tags to filter some tests. Htsjdk seems to be a moving target regarding changes in need of new dependencies. I'd say if we can "test" by getting its rdependencies and thier tests working disabling buildtime tests as long as scalatest might be packaged (did you contacted debian-java list about this) might be an acceptable solution in the short run.
