The bnx2 driver fails to work with BCM5716 network cards such as those
in the latest Dell servers. As far as I know, the driver should work
fine, it just doesn't recognize the PCI IDs. Please consider adding a
patch similar to the following (which is against 2.6.24 but, as far as I
can see, should apply except for the version info):
