Okay thanks a lot for your answer

So in addition to my question about option parameters it was more about when you basically use "lb config" command line, what are the option(s) to add here in order to set our live image in UEFI mode and consequently make Secure Boot activable ?

The default options to 'lb config' are sufficient.

Some options, which are already enabling UEFI and secure boot by default:
* --bootloaders grub-efi
* --uefi-secure-boot auto
