Hello this goes out to Andreas in particular, I completed the packaging of r-bioc-fishpond earlier this afternoon. This is a suggestion for r-bioc-tximport with some other interesting reverse-dependencies - and tximport makes problems with my rabbit data that I yet do not understand.
The package does not seem to be overly complicated, builds in cowbuilder. I just injected everything to https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/r-bioc-fishpond Many thanks Steffen -------- Forwarded Message -------- Subject: ITP: r-bioc-fishpond -- Fishpond: differential transcript and gene expression with Date: Thu, 09 Dec 2021 15:29:05 +0100 From: Steffen Moeller <moel...@debian.org> To: Debian Bug Tracking System <sub...@bugs.debian.org> Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Subject: ITP: r-bioc-fishpond -- Fishpond: differential transcript and gene expression with Package: wnpp Owner: Steffen Moeller <moel...@debian.org> Severity: wishlist * Package name : r-bioc-fishpond Version : 2.0.1+ds Upstream Author : Anzi Zhu, * URL : https://bioconductor.org/packages/fishpond/ * License : GPL-2 Programming Lang: GNU R Description : Fishpond: differential transcript and gene expression with inferential replicates Fishpond contains methods for differential transcript and gene expression analysis of RNA-seq data using inferential replicates for uncertainty of abundance quantification, as generated by Gibbs sampling or bootstrap sampling.
