Dear list, I took the liberty to update the version of scikit-learn on salsa, as 1.0.2 was out since December. I've also added a standard debian/.gitlab-ci.yml, as I find it very useful, especially for people like me, with no rights to upload. I have no rights to enable the CI jobs on salsa. If there is a consensus about using the CI on salsa, perhaps one of the owners would mind enable it? Otherwise I will remove it from the repository.
