Testet chkdisk überhaupt den Master Boot Record der Platte? Ich würde im ersten Ansatz vemuten es ist ein Fehler auf dem Master Boot Record der Platte. Wen dem so ist dann solte die Platte so gut wie Schrott sein. Teste die Platte mal mit den Festplatten Diagnosetools von IBM.
