Desde ontem o apt-get está informando que tem que remover o pacote
base-config para atualizar o pacote locales para a versão 2.3.5-10. Isso
no SID.
É normal!?
É. No Synaptic informa que esse pacote pode ser desinstalado sem
problemas, só necessário para a instalação do Debian e primeiro arranque.

This package handles setting up the Debian base system. It contains the
configuration program you see when you install Debian for the first time
and boot up your new Debian system.
It can be removed with no ill effects -- once your Debian system is
