sarge: what package replaced ntptime?

That ntptime package used to be used to synchronize a computer's clock 
with ntp servers on the internet.  However looking with apt-get doesn't 
find that package anymore.  Also astrolog is missing though I saved that 
earlier and was able to iinsttall it on this instance of the operating 
system, are there some really useful lines recommended for adding to 
/etc/apt-get/sources.list to find some of the software like astrolog and 
maybe other useful packages?
