./configure && make && sudo make install and got a home run So the same command line is slowly building qucs, so far no surprises. But it WILL be a while, that tarball is 45 megabytes. Other than building kde, using konstruct once quite a few years ago, I do not recall building anything with that big a tarball in one gz'd piece. I should have wrapped in it a timer.
