Hi,
Concerned about the high number of rejected ballots, I want
and manually checked them out. Here are the annotated notes I took,
sorted fiurst by gpg error message, then by the type of MIME
encoding, and finally, by the sending MUA.
I must confess I am impressed by mutt. 140 rejections and
not one of them came from mutt.
