[Declude.JunkMail] 550 Banned SMTP

Hi,   I can't send to this domain (sms.maxis.net.my) because of this error :   06:20 00:12 SMTP-(000007A4) Connect sms.maxis.net.my [202.75.130.117:25] (1) 06:20 00:12 SMTP-(000007A4) 550 Banned SMTP host TCP/IP address: 202.184.114.123 / matched 06:20 00:12 SMTP-(000007A4) SMTP_DELIV_FAILED 06:20 00:12 SMTP-(000007A4) >QUIT   Why ? If declude JunkMail is banning this domain, can I force it to send the email to this domain ? and I've already add in the WHITELIST TODOMAIN @maxis.net.my into the Global.CFG file but still it can't go through.   Hope somebody can help me with this, thank you.     Regards, Zul
