Please excuse me if this have been discussed before but I wanted to find out what it would take for the Declude users to develop there own RBL of some sort?
See http://www.declude.com/junkmail/support/ip4rinfo.htm for information on how a DNS-based spam database is set up (FYI, "RBL" is a trademark of MAPS and only applies to one spam test, RBL).
