I placed:

CATCHALLMAILS SUBJECT [Weight=%WEIGHT%]

in my something.junkmail file but the weight did not show up in the subject
of a message that I just received.

Do I need to add something to the global.cfg? I'm trying to do this on my
own email and nothing else.

You could use:

CATCHALLMAILS SUBJECT [Weight=%WEIGHT%]

                                                    -Scott
