Got it, thank you. I created a separate zone file for it called
rdns.mydomain.com
and removed the rdns from the tail end and it worked.

Instead of this:

        *.somename.net.rdns A 127.0.0.2

I did this:

        *.somename.net A 127.0.0.2

In a separate zone file to keep my master zone file clean.

Thanks...

Regards,
Tom
