Not that this solves your problem, but I had the same exact issue with
2.0.6. What I found watching the logs in debug is that this is an issue
with how declude handles the "overflow" processing. What I seen was that
Declude under high load on the server is unable to get an accurate count on
the number of Declude.exe processes running. When this happens it will
continue to spawn Declude processes to handle the overflow until those
0xc0000142 errors start cropping up.
I did submit a support ticket on this and support did acknowledge this as an
issue, but up until now I have not seen any of the 2.0.6.xx betas address it
or anymore talk on it other than other users reporting it to the list.
