The install is not broken and has never been broken. Declude installs to the correct directory based on your mail server installation and configuration.

It always seems to drop the files in the wrong directories. I have found myself having to go into the registry to fix things every time I install it. If you look in the registry for where the services are defined, you should be able to fix everything up.
