If your Declude\diags.txt indeed shows 4.4.0 log into your declude account and you will find the log in for the interim releases. There is a 4.4.18 release that deals with some Imail address book issues that can be causing the crashes. If you need further help please contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I have set the service to restart whenever it does crash but sometimes it does not restart (or restart properly) and messages queue up in the Proc folder.
