There are a couple different ways to do this. But first you will need to setup a config folder for this specific domain (if you haven't already done so). See http://www.declude.com/searchresults.asp?Cat=124 under "Per-Domain and Per-User Settings".
Once the config file is setup for this domain/user, you can create a filter that uses something like this: COUNTRIES XX CONTAINS CN Another way to do it is to use an RBL that filters on countries like this: COUNTRIES_CHINA ip4r cn.countries.nerd.dk * XX 0 See http://countries.nerd.dk/ for more info on this DNSBL and how it can be used to filter using country codes.
