Thanks Kim, now it makes more sense.
This type of information doesn't come through in the PDF file, but it's what
shows at the bottom of each of the html pages as 'related reference'.
The reference manual reltable is not empty anymore, but likely a complete
re-evaluation of the reltable in refderby.ditamap would be useful...
But like you said, a ton of work.
I will just reopen this and leave it like that.
