It seems to make the most sense to document these in the Server and
Admin guide.  This is where the corresponding vitual tables (e.g.
LockTable) were documented with version 5.1.  Also there is already a
section on 'Built-in System Functions' in the Server and Admin guide
in:   crefsqlbuiltinsystemfunctions.html .

These seem to me to be additional System Functions.  Any other thought
or opinions on this???
