Hola I've done a mapping of freedesktop icon names to Libreoffice icon names https://community.kde.org/KDE_Visual_Design_Group/LibreOffice_Breeze (I say "I have", it was mostly google code in students)
I have half written a script to take the wiki output and grab the relevant breeze icons, I need to finish that off and also make sure it takes the 666 large and 691 small icons you point to in preference them work out how to commit to libreoffice using the merge request I added. (https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/13043/) It's all very badly documented and there's no definitive list of LibreOffice icons as far as I can tell.
