Also, regards any reformatting of the thumbnail view into a quasi file management has been considered by Design & UX several times and rejected, see tdf#95739 <https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=95739> "Start Center: allow different view modes for recent files list" no compelling reason to revisit.
