Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Rhythmbox now supports the ability to edit id3 tags of certain files.
However, when editing id3 tags, some kind of temporary file appears to
be generated in the process. When "watch library" is set, an import
failure occurs on these temporary files. Rhythmbox should know it
created a temporary file which it is not going to keep and not attempt
to import it.
