Also, I'm not sure it is related but I just tried to unmount an USB hard disk and I get another error message: "Starting the command failed / Creation of the communication pipe with the child process failed (too much open files)". That's the first time I get this error message and I've just used Sound Juicer. Might be a coincidence, though.
