I Think the main problem is that files VIDEO_TS.VOB and VIDEO_TS.IFO are not read (I think file VIDEO_TS.IFO would contain some frame information). As results:
1. Not showing menue. 2. Can not jump to next chapter. 3. Fast forward/Backward problem.
