Ok. I discover whats happening. If I set in gnome-sound-system .wav to the same events and set sound events of gdm then after login in GDM anyone can play any sound, includes videos. Some events sounds in GDM conflicting with GNOME Sound System Events.
Example : If in GDM I set .wav to Start Session successful and set in gnome sounds (preferences->sound->sound) in event Start Session other .wav then the problem appear. I need to disable all events of gnome sound system to use gdm sound events.
