Addendum: things seem to be more complicated.

Using "use_time_for_prolicy" I cannot manage to make my system shutdown
automatically, even with 360-seconds as power-off treshold. This should
work, as when my laptop battery reaches 3% the calculated remaining time
drops to 5-minutes (300sec < 360), but nothing happens.

Disabling "use_time_for_prolicy" and raising up corresponding theshold
seems to work better.

Generally there is additionally a problem when my battery suddenly
dropps from 3% to 0% directly. In this case g-p-m does not react to this
change and again noting happens. So if 3% was calculated to 5 minutes
remaining time than jumping to 0% directly g-p-m still shows 5 minutes
remaining time.
