1) When not using upstream session (ubuntu default), the Shutdown button uses the logout icon (gtk-quit). 2) When using the upstream session, the shutdown button shows a power switch, while the logout button uses the logout icon (gtk-quit). In the first case I would think that the power switch was the appropriate icon. So, I'm guessing that the Shutdown button asks for the wrong icon, AND the Human icon theme has a bug.
