I can confirm that. This could be confusing for new users which don't know how to check which is the right partition. I can also add that if a label (name) for a partition exists, Nautilus uses it instead of the default "20GB medium" text. Ie. my Windows partition has a label "Win" and Nautilus shows it as "Win".
