Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gdm

I have a laptop that is also used as printer server. When, after
starting up the computer, the lid is closed it goes to suspend, and will
not accept any printjobs. The behavior of the "lid closed" can
individually be set for every user. But when no user is logged in, I can
not set the desired behavior.
