Felipe, Csaba, Cvetan, Diego: I made some findings upstream at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=78012. Looks it's somehow related to the hardware incorrectly changing the keycode on its own when numlock is switched on.
Could you please reveal what hardware you have?
