Title:
  language-selector-kde unusable

Status in “language-selector” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Affects Kubuntu Quantal. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install the language-selector-kde package
  2. Launch "System Settings"
  3. Select "Locale"
  4. Select "System Languages"

No configuration options are presented, and instead the following
  error message is displayed:

The service 'System Languages' does not provide an interface
  'KCModule' with keyword 'language-selector/language-selector.py'The
factory does not support creating components of the specified type.

  Possible reasons:

    - An error occurred during your last KDE upgrade leaving an orphaned
control module
    - You have old third party modules lying around.

Check these points carefully and try to remove the module mentioned in
the error message. If this fails, consider contacting your distributor
  or packager.
