Catalyst Tear Free option requires over 256 MB video RAM

Bug description:
I have Thinkpad T500 configured to use mobility Radeon 3650, Catalyst
12.6 installed. When I try to enable Tear Free option in the control
center it tells me my setup doesn't have enough video RAM. T500
features 256 MB of video RAM.
