Bug description:
  Binary package hint: libreoffice

When trying to go fullscreen in LO Writer (ctrl+shift+j) the window
goes fullscreen beneath the left and top unity bars. Furthermore, a
java program written using java exlusive fullscreen mode has a similar
problem - it shows up with a maximized size but not actually maximized
(the title bar doesn't combine with the unity panel). This was not a
  bug in Maverick.
