  New

Bug description:
  In Ubuntu MATE 22.04 (upgraded):
  * Menu -> Internet -> Firefox (snap) -- exists (less relevant: it's not added 
via /usr/share/applications/)
  * Run these steps:

  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mozillateam/ppa

  echo '
  Package: *
  Pin: release o=LP-PPA-mozillateam
  Pin-Priority: 1001

  Package: firefox
  Pin: version 1:1snap1-0ubuntu2
  Pin-Priority: -1
  ' | sudo tee /etc/apt/preferences.d/mozilla-firefox
  sudo snap remove firefox

  * Menu -> Internet -- has been removed
  * Run: sudo apt install firefox
  * Menu -> Internet -> Firefox -- is not added, and 
/usr/share/applications/Firefox has not been created. Menu -> Internet -- is 
still removed.
  * Run: sudo apt install thunderbird
  * Menu -> Internet -> Thunderbird Mail -- is added. It is located in 
/usr/share/applications/Thunderbird Mail
