When there are several windows on top of each other, clicking within the topmost window, the window seems to disappear. Actually, the window is still there, but just goes behind another window, that comes in front of the clicked window. The program in the window that is clicked will not notice the click. This does not happen with all programs. Mines is a good example program. If the window fills full screen, this happens, but if it is smaller, only partially covering the screen, it does not happen.
