A glossary plugin that allows us to define terms across a whole site and easily
link to them from anywhere would be very useful.
I did something like this a long time back (Forrest 0.4) - before plugins were
available. The issue has been raised again onlist so this issue is a dumping
ground for the relevant files. Someone should bring these up to date and create
an input plugin for them.
