xxe tool incompatible with XXE 3.0p1

With the latest release of XXE (XXE 3.0 patch 1, or just 3.0p1), changes in the
XXE code has made the xxe tool incompatible: when opening or creating a Forrest
document, an error message pops up saying:
cannot register command "forrest.tableRow":
com.xmlmind.xmleditapp.xhtml.TableRow
cannot register command "forrest.tableColumn":
com.xmlmind.xmleditapp.xhtml.TableColumn
The tool still seems to work correctly.
The provided patch corrects the error, and also adds a simple CSS update as
suggested by the latest XXE documentation (link provided in the patch/CSS
file). The patch also includes relevant updates to the README file. The version
number is increased to 1.4.
NB!!! Applying the patch will make the tool incompatible with earlier versions
of XXE (the same message as above will pop up when using the updated version of
the tool with older versions of XXE)! This should be clearly marked somewhere
easily seen. For now it is added to the README file.
