Thanks. I applied the patch, but needed to make a change (invalid xml: bare
ampersands in link). I am also going to refine it - we already explain how to
use a cli.xconf so no need to explain again. So when you do an 'svn update'
then you might get conflicts. If so then move the file out of the way and
update again.
