Just been referring back to the Dispatcher install docs, and it seems they've gone missing from the menus. Easy enough to find using Google, but I can't see any way of getting from
http://forrest.apache.org/docs_0_80/index.html to http://forrest.apache.org/docs_0_80/howto/howto-dispatcher-install.html using the site nav.
