I have Alcatel (4012X-2ATBPL1-S40 from Polish T-Mobile distribution) running 1.1.0.0-prelease. Everything works fine exept phone calls - I'm able to receive phone calls and sms but I cannot make ones. In Settings: Call Settings, Cellular & Data, SIM security - Unknown SIM card state.
