OT: Name Server Resgistration

This is a procedural question but I couldn't think of a better group to ask
:).

Generally you register your name servers with NetworkSolutions.  If you have
a name registered with OpenSRS, Network Solutions isn't very helpful
regarding the requirements / procedures.  Does anyone know what is required
so if I register a name with Open SRS and want to transfer a name registered
with NSOL to the names servers of the OpenSRS name?
