Suspicious comments being posted on Bugzilla incidents

As anyone can see, for some time now, unlikely "suggestions" resembling phishing attempts have been posted on several incidents on Bugzilla.

The situation is becoming worrying....

Does anyone believe there are solutions to mitigate this problem?
