Should random web pages be able to access the following protocols?

The latter's just the "in for a dollar" to the former's "in for a dime" - Firefox's mid-range plans call for knowing the difference between where you want to subscribe to feeds in general and where you want to subscribe to podcasts, so we don't want to just give a blank stare when the URI-like-thing actually tells us which it is. They're both horrible hacks, and we need to allow loading them both (as do other clients, if CheckLoadURI comes before passing a link off to an external protocol handler).

I've already booked a band for the dancing on its grave, don't hesitate now!
